Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #25
33 year old, 5’5”, 128 lbs with a previous history of breast reduction surgery, had lost 50 lbs and was unhappy with the volume of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation thru an inframammary incision, behind the musclewith the use of Keller Funnel, with 325 cc smooth moderate plus profile silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34C.
