26 year old, 5’8”, 127 lbs, desired to have larger fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision, behind the musclewith the use of Keller Funnel, with 375 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants . Her bra size changed from 32A to 36C.
