22 year old, 5’5”, 120 lbs desired larger, fuller breasts. 50She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 425 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants on the left and 475 cc on the right. The implants were place via periareolar incision, behind the muscle. Bra size changed from 34B to 34DD.
