Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #16
39 year old, 5’3”, 103 lbs with history of 3 pregnancies and breast feeding, desired to regain the fullness she lost from the pregnancies and breast feeding. She therefore underwent bilateral breast augmentation via an inframammary (tuck) incision. She had placement of 375 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants, behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 32A to 32C.
