33 year old, 5’3”, 132 lbs with history of 3 pregnancies and breast feeding desires to regain the fullness she lost due to her breast feeding. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through a periareolar incision with 425 cc moderate plus silicone implants. Her bra size changed from 36B to 36D.
