Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #8
43 year old, 5’1”, 131 lbs with history of 3 pregnancies with breast feeding, desired to have the volume that she has lost replaced. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation via a periareolar incision with placement of 400 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants. The implants were placed in a subpectoral location. Her bra size changed from 36B to 36D.
