Breast Augmentation Before & After: Case #4
36 year old, 5’7”, 122 lbs with history of 2 prior pregnancies desired larger fuller breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with placement of 475 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the right side and 425 cc on the left side, placed behind the muscle. Her bra size changed from 34A to 34D.
