47 year old female, 5’3″, 120lbs, with history of 2 pregnancies complained of excessive abdominal skin as well as bulging. She had lost the volume from her breasts after the pregnancies and breast feeding. Therefore, she underwent a mommy makeover procedure which involved an abdominoplasty with rectus plication (tightening of the muscles), as well as breast augmentation with silicone implants and mastopexy.
