40 year old, 5’2”, 190 lbs with history of 2 pregnancies had complaint of excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. She also wanted improvement of the abdominal bulge. She therefore underwent a tummy tuck procedure with rectus muscle plication. She had removal of 3 ½ pounds of skin and fat from the abdominal area.
