36 year old, 5’7”, 180 lbs with history of 2 pregnancies both via C-section, had complaint of significant bulging and loose abdominal skin. She also had complaint of fullness of her hips. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with plication of the rectus muscles and liposuction of bilateral hips.
