38 year old female, 5’6″, 195 lbs, with a history of gastric bypass, had lost 210 lbs from her bariatric surgery. She had prior brachioplasty performed with another physician and was unhappy with the results. She underwent “L” brachioplasty to improve the redundant arm and axillary skin.
